Return and Refund Policy

1. RETURN WINDOW & ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 30 business days (Mon-Sat) return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging

  • Must include all original accessories, manuals, and tags

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

 

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, contact us at:

Please include the following:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Do not ship your item before receiving approval. Once your request is authorized, we will provide:

  • A Return Authorization Confirmation

  • A prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Instructions for packaging and return shipment

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, incorrect, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., buyer's remorse, wrong item ordered), you may be responsible for return shipping.

 

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ohmyohmz.com 

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Keep the item and all packaging materials for inspection or return

If validated, we will:

  • Resend a replacement at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a full refund, based on your preference

 

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used items (except if defective)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous goods or flammable items

  • Items returned after 30 business days (Mon-Sat) of delivery

 

6. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
If the order has already shipped, you must receive the item and follow the return process.

7. EXCHANGES

We do not currently support direct exchanges.

To get a different item:

  1. Complete the return process for the original item

  2. Place a new order separately for the item you want

 

8. REFUND PROCEDURE

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days (Mon-Sat) for the refund to appear

  • Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider

If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days (Mon-Sat), please contact us.

 

9. PARTIAL REFUNDS

We may issue partial refunds in these cases:

  • Items returned in used condition

  • Original packaging or accessories missing

  • Items returned past the 30 business days (Mon-Sat) window but accepted as an exception
