All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars ($). Shipping rates, taxes, and fees are also charged in USD.
8. Change of Shipping Address
Customers may request a change to their shipping address before the order is fulfilled.

Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
9. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number by email once your package has been shipped. You can track the package via the carrier’s website (UPS or USPS).
If you haven’t received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

11. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and will work to provide a replacement or refund as per the case.
Note: If a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.
12. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and marked "Shipped", it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days (Mon-Sat).
13. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working toward expanding globally in the near future.
14. Taxes & Duties
Sales tax will be applied where applicable in accordance with state and local laws. Duties and import taxes do not apply as we only ship domestically.
15. Signature Requirements
High-value orders (typically over $200) may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. Please ensure someone is available to sign.
