At Oh My Ohmz LLC, we offer the following shipping options to ensure your order arrives promptly and securely. All delivery times are estimated and exclude order processing time 1-2 business days (Mon-Sat).

  • $45.00 for orders $0.00 - $25.00

  • $50.00 for orders $25.00 and up

 

UPS 2 Day

Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (Mon-Sat), (order must be placed by 12 p.m), (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago)

Rates:

  • $15.00 for orders $0.00 - $25.00

  • $15.00 for orders $25.00 - $175.00

  • $20.00 for orders $175.00 and up

 

UPS Ground

Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (Mon-Sat), (excluding processing)

Rates:

  • $9.00 for orders $0.00 - $25.00

  • $10.00 for orders $25.00 - $175.00

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $175.00 qualify for free UPS Ground shipping.

 

USPS Shipping Options USPS Priority Mail Express

Delivery Time: 1-2 business days (Mon-Sat), (order must be placed by 12 p.m), (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago)

Rates:

  • $35.00 for orders $0.00 - $25.00

  • $40.00 for orders $25.00 and up

 

USPS Priority Mail

Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (Mon-Sat), (excluding processing)

Rates:

  • $8.50 for orders $0.00 - $1.00

  • $8.50 for orders $1.00 - $25.00

  • $15.00 for orders $25.00 and up

 

USPS Ground Advantage

Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (Mon-Sat), (excluding processing)

Rates:

  • $8.50 for orders $0.00 - $1.00

  • $6.00 for orders $1.00 - $25.00

  • $8.00 for orders $25.00 and up

 

5. Order Cutoff Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) will be processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
     

6. Shipping Coverage Area

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO military addresses

  • U.S. territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico)

 

7. Currency

All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars ($). Shipping rates, taxes, and fees are also charged in USD.

 

8. Change of Shipping Address

Customers may request a change to their shipping address before the order is fulfilled.
To request an address change:

Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.

 

9. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your package has been shipped. You can track the package via the carrier’s website (UPS or USPS).

If you haven’t received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

 

10. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
     

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but cannot guarantee arrival dates.

 

11. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photo evidence (for damaged goods).

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and will work to provide a replacement or refund as per the case.
     

Note: If a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.

 

12. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and marked "Shipped", it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an eligible order:

Refunds for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days (Mon-Sat).

 

13. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working toward expanding globally in the near future.

 

14. Taxes & Duties

Sales tax will be applied where applicable in accordance with state and local laws. Duties and import taxes do not apply as we only ship domestically.

 

15. Signature Requirements

High-value orders (typically over $200) may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. Please ensure someone is available to sign.

 

16. Packaging & Sustainability

We use recyclable and minimal packaging wherever possible. All packaging is tamper-evident and sealed for protection.
