Oh My! Ohmz stands behind the quality of our products with independent lab testing of each batch. Returns are only accepted on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You must provide original proof of purchase when requesting a return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return within 30 days of ordering, please email us at support@ohmyohmz.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions to send the package to us. Any items sent back to us prior to requesting a return via email will not be accepted. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price and applicable tax. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Processing times may vary based upon bank or credit card company policies.
